Basic Ethics of Employees

Yujin Technology Code of Ethics

We share the 'corporate philosophy' pursued by Yujin Technology Co., Ltd. (here in after referred to as the 'Company') and the 'Management Policy' set by the management accordingly, respect the free market economic that pursues free and fair competition, increase corporate value through management activities based on mutual trust and cooperation, and pursue common prosperity with all stakeholders based on this. Accordingly, we pledge to establish a code of ethics that serves as a standard of correct value judgment and a principle of behavior that all executives and employees must abide by, and actively practice it.

Chapter 2 Basic Ethics of Employees

Our employees are the backbone of our company. Therefore, recognizing that each person's correct ethics is the foundation of business ethics, we strive to make each individual an ethical citizen through fair job performance.

1. Basic Ethics

Employees shall have pride and self-esteem that each of them represents the company, and as an independent individual, they shall always strive to maintain the honor of the individual and the company with high ethical values.

2. Reasonable Collaboration and Fair Job Performance

Employees shall pursue the growth and development of the company through smooth business cooperation, and perform their duties to the best of their ability in a fair manner by strictly dividing public and private work.

3. Harmonious Organizational Culture

Employees shall always respect each other and shall not discriminate or form cliques for any reason.

4. Pleasant and safe working environment

Make tidying, tidying, and cleanliness a daily routine, and follow safety rules to thoroughly prevent accidents.

5. Prohibition of Monetary Transactions

Employees do not engage in any transaction activities such as money lending or joint guarantees.
